A Highly Successful Branding Project From Our Manchester Sign making Experts

For more than 180 years the Buck & Hickman company has been known for manufacturing top quality tools. In 2011, Buck & Hickman was bought by Brammer, one of Europe’s leading industrial parts and tools distribution companies. Brammer paid £27.6m to acquire Buck & Hickman. When the deal was finalised and Brammer needed to relaunch, they looked to Manchester Signs to manage the new branding project. The relationship between Brammer and our Manchester signmaking team runs deep. Manchester Signs has been manufacturing signs and vehicle liveries for Brammer for more than 20 years. Additionally, we hade already been involved in two previous rebranding projects for Brammer. When Brammer needed a nationwide rollout of new signs, they knew exactly who to call. All exterior Buck & Hickman signs were removed and replaced once they properly reflected the new joint branding. Reception slat walls were covered in matt blue vinyl and new counter tops fitted by our team. Manchester Signs also replaced the liveries for all existing vans to reflect the new company image.
